Integrative Coaching is a good follow up after therapy has healed any trauma, inner obstacles like limiting beliefs, to the point that you start to realize, you’re made for more. You’ve got more to offer, more to contribute to this needy world.

Are we there yet? Well, often you might get “there” – you achieve a big goal, you get a good job or great relationship, or you support and launch your family members. And then, you start to realize, this isn’t enough anymore. You wonder, what’s next? Where do you start? This is a great time for coaching.

Coaching work can include support for issues that are close to what’s covered in therapy, but you’re more actively applying new tools and stretching beyond your current status. You’re communicating more clearly, asserting your needs, letting go of patterns like procrastination or people pleasing. You know these old ways don’t serve the next chapter that wants to emerge.

Coaching witnesses you moving forward in these brave ways, and partners with you to smooth any rough edges or brick walls that arise. Obstacles are a normal part of expanding, and when coaching doesn’t include that or wants you to push through – it’s not the answer usually.

A few points I believe relevant to this area – 1, growth is never ending – at least for the people I work with. They’re usually not bystanders; they want to be part of the change and current evolution to create a better world.

2 – When you do wish to expand, it’s not always simple. The old patterns will need to be cleared to make room for the new you. You take two steps forward, and one step back. That’s normal, not a problem, with the tools and perspectives I share. Though you want to keep moving forward. Tools will help, so these are included.

3 – It’s completely your choice re: whether to choose the soul growth lane, or to choose to stay the same. Staying the same, however, doesn’t relieve that internal nagging that insists that more is possible for you. Don’t we wish the nagging would stop! I believe our souls do know what’s best, and when there is something for you to do, or new growth to navigate, your soul’s voice or signals get noisy.

Mastery is a constant growth path, and one that requires multiple tools and approaches. I share some of the many coping mastery tools in coaching, so that when the old patterns rear their heads, you can quickly shift your focus. Without this support, you often circle or lose a lot of time circling, when you could be moving forward. And, that circling is usually a higher stress lane. It’s no fun.

Above is a picture of my coaching model for Radiant Work expansion, but this applies to many life areas. We start with Clarity – what’s asking for attention, what that next chapter is calling for – and any clues that can be gathered. This is a freakin’ huge step! It unleashes your brain’s creative side to brainstorm fun possibilities.

Next, we notice any Foundations to your expansion that may be wobbling a bit and shore these up. These naturally will arise as you start to move toward your vision, your dream. Yes, there are reasons your dream hasn’t happened yet or hasn’t been easy to establish. With the help of these sane foundations, we’ll get that going on for you.

Then there is the Path. Once the first two stages (Clarity, Foundations) are set up, you’ll move forward with three supports:

• Soulful Structure – regular action steps to research and implement ideas and see what arises.
• Sanity Tools – Evidence based tools to stay on track, lessen stress and deescalate the inner BS.
• Healing Work – Co-creative hypnotherapy, somatic work – to reprogram old blocks, if needed.

My coaching framework is relevant as you develop your next awesome chapter of work, and career. And, it will fit for any expansion you wish to make – health recovery, activism contributions, creativity projects, retirement legacy and fulfillment work, communication and family healing projects – anything that you are feeling called to offer. Any expansion that’s calling; that won’t leave you alone.

Coaching happens with different structures and is often customized for what you need. It can be several months long, or you can book a half-day or day long retreat with me.

A good way to start is to book a first session with me – to gain clarity and experience the work. The thing I love about my coaching model is all tools are available to use – including:

Coaching tools which give structure and support (and my no BS “badass” input – as a client put it – for any excuses that need to be banished)

Therapy wisdom if needed – to heal those old stories with a kind, compassionate heart

Intuitive guidance – yours and mine, collaborating, within the powerful sacred space I hold for you

This coaching framework applies to any badass change you are being called to create. I’m in your corner. We’ll have fun, alongside your soulful stretching.

If this is resonating, book a first session. Let’s talk.
