Do I need therapy or coaching?

Most people asking this question have already tried one or the other — and found it wasn’t quite enough on its own. That’s not a coincidence.

The truth is, real transformation rarely fits neatly into one category. Healing and growth happen together. So rather than asking you to choose, we begin with a conversation about where you are and what’s coming up — and I’ll recommend the right container from there.

If you’re unsure, that’s exactly what the free consultation is for.

What makes your approach different from regular therapy or coaching?

Most therapists focus on healing what’s wrong. Most coaches focus on building what’s next. Very few can hold both at once — the tender, unfinished places and the bold, expansive vision — without losing either.

My work weaves together trauma-informed therapy, nervous system regulation, intuitive insight, and practical livelihood strategy. Not as separate offerings, but as one integrated approach — because you are a whole person, and your growth requires all of it.

This is what my clients mean when they say they finally found someone who could hear both the mystic and the professional in them.

I’ve done a lot of therapy already. Is this just more of the same?

Probably not. Many of my clients come to me after years of therapy that helped — but didn’t fully move the needle. What’s often missing is the integration of the practical and the soul-level, the nervous system work that goes beyond talking, and the forward momentum of coaching alongside the healing.

As one client put it after her second session: “Wow. This blows my mind. And I’ve done a lot of therapy.”

How do I know if I’m ready for the Radiant Work Coaching container?

You’re likely ready if:

  • Something in your work or life no longer fits — and you know it
  • You’ve been circling the same patterns or questions for a while
  • You’re tired of holding it together on the outside while feeling misaligned inside
  • You’re ready to invest seriously in a real shift — not just a conversation

If you’re not sure, that’s what the consultation is for — we’ll figure it out together.

What does a session actually look like?

Every session is different because we work with what’s actually coming up for you. It might include deep emotional pattern work, nervous system regulation tools, intuitive insight, practical strategy, or all of the above. There’s no rigid formula — just responsive, integrated support that meets you where you are and moves you toward where you’re going.

Do you take insurance?

I have limited availability for insurance clients for therapy. Most of my work is private pay. If you’re interested in therapy and wondering about insurance, we can discuss this on our consultation call.

Where are you located? Can we work together if I’m not in Colorado?

I’m based in Boulder, Colorado and work with clients virtually — across the U.S. and internationally. All sessions are conducted online, so location is never a barrier.

What’s the first step?

A free 15-minute consultation. We’ll talk through what you’re experiencing, what kind of support would serve you best, and whether we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure — and if I’m not the right person, I’ll help point you toward someone who is.
