Growth has terrible timing.
Just when you’ve built a life that finally works, something inside begins asking for more—not more status or achievement, but more meaning, more aliveness, and more honest expression. More sanity and balance. More joy.
Most people think they’re trying to make a career decision. Or finally say no to the BS and impossible demands.
I don’t.
I believe they’re living through an identity transition. A whole-being transformation that is bigger than you, bigger than your and yours.
The truth? This is a complicated and mythic task, this invitation to grow.
That’s why the usual approaches rarely solve it.
My take on this transition
Why is this shift so hard, besides the fact that humans hate change?
Truth is, there are risks in changing; this could be financial, or what you’re known for. With this type of transformation, there’s no guarantees, at least in terms of staying comfortable.
The unknown will be involved. Humans hate uncertainty too. Being in control is one of the biggest addictions and illusions going.
Finally, you’ll be challenges to cleanse any dark corners of your mind and heart. The inner BS and self-sabotage won’t fly in the new role. There is inner work to do, and that healing is for you and your lineage, if you are one of the called ones. This is done with depth and compassion.
While this is no walk in the park, declining this expansion doesn’t solve it either. The call doesn’t go quiet; it doesn’t turn off.
And any steps you take, increase aliveness. This is thrilling, that creative edge of building and designing something new. The result evolves into more sanity, more passion, and more fun.
Plus, there is a sense of truth and fulfillment from stepping up to that call. To me, that’s your soul call. You might call it your why, your deeper purpose, your WTF… but I think you know what I mean.
You might guess, that old survival strategies will masquerade as practical thinking. Barriers will appear – fear, old trauma beliefs, perfectionism, people pleasing. That’s the old ceiling. You can’t transform while you’re weighed down with that baggage.
My work helps people recognize those patterns and loosen their grip so they can move forward with more freedom and integrity.
This isn’t just a job change or a business uplevel. It’s an identity change. And you get to decide, yes, I’m ready for this. Timing is everything as they say.
WHAT YOU NEED AND IN WHAT ORDER
Yes, this is serious work, and once you wrap your head and heart around it, it can become fun.
After walking with hundreds of people through these transitions, here’s what I think you need, and in what order.
The journey has three parts.
Clarity – Hearing the deeper call beneath the noise. Clues count, and movement enables.
Foundations – Addressing the fears, practical realities, and inner obstacles that naturally arise. You’ll leave here with a rough map.
The Path – Moving forward with three supports:
• Soulful Structure – regular action steps to research and implement ideas.
• Sanity Tools – Evidence based tools to stay on track and deescalate the inner BS.
• Healing Work – Co-creative hypnotherapy and somatic work to heal what blocks you.

Whether you work with me or not, I hope you can find these types of structures to support your growth, and that my framework increases your understanding of the landscape.
I don’t believe radiant work comes from forcing yourself to become someone else.
I believe it comes from becoming more fully yourself—with the clarity, structure, healing, and courage to live what you already suspect is true. To listen to the call and decide for yourself, if it’s time to step up.
If this philosophy resonates with you, I’d love to help you explore your own next summit.
