Denise Barnes, MA, LPC, REV is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Health and Life Coach and Spiritual Counselor who has taught stress management in health care settings for over two decades. She is a national trainer of Motivational Interviewing (MINT), which helps clients succeed with difficult changes. Currently she works as a PNTC trainer, a wellness counselor in St. Anthony’s Hospital CardioPulmonary Rehab, and a private telehealth therapist/coach based in Boulder, CO.
